I recently purchased SOURCE D'ÉCLAT 10-DAY RADIANCE POWDER CURE and would like to use it for a special occasion. However, I am not sure how to use the product in regards to how to mix the Vitamin C powder with the serum. Please can you advise?

SOURCE D'ÉCLAT 10-DAY RADIANCE POWDER CURE is the ideal intensive treatment for an express beauty and radiance boost. With its unique cocktail of Grapefruit, Petitgrain and Lemon Essential Oils and Fruit Extracts, it acts directly on the main sources of the complexion's radiance. It is used in combination with pure Vitamin C, a true skin stimulator, which intensely boosts the radiance-enhancing effect.

Use for 10 days, applying before your moisturiser. If you have normal or oily/combination skin, we would recommend not using it in conjunction with an AROMESSENCE™ as it is too nourishing. However, if you suffer from dry skin, you can use it after the AROMESSENCE™ suited to your skin type. Press firmly down on the white piston to release the Vitamin C. Mix the product and then remove the piston. Place the funnel on the neck of the bottle then apply the product. The product must be used within 10 days after opening.

What is the correct way to apply eye creams? Which direction and with smoothing or patting motions?

Eye Creams should be applied morning and evening to a cleansed eye area. Apply with a gentle patting motion with your ring finger. Start from the inner corner of your eye and gently pat towards the outer corner stopping at the temples.

I suffer from severe blackheads around my nose area and would like to know what products you would recommend to help eliminate them.

Blackheads are the results of oily skin and blocked pores. The "black" appearance is caused by the oxidising effect of air on the sebum (oil) in a blocked pore and the melanin pigment from the dead skin cells. The best way to get rid of blackheads is to remove the cause of them - excessive sebum and dead skin cells.

Firstly exfoliate twice a week, preferably in the evening using PHYTOPEEL NATURAL EXFOLIATING CREAM. This peeling exfoliating cream will gently absorb and eliminate impurities and removes dead skin cells. Apply on the entire face, but concentrating on the affected area(s).

Next apply AROMA PURETÉ INSTANT PURIFYING MASK either on the entire face (if you have oily skin) or around the nose (if you have combination or dry skin). This mask is an intensive purifying treatment which will help to slow down excessive sebum production and absorb impurities. Leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes and remove with warm water.

Follow with AROMESSENCE™ BALM ESSENTIAL - a 100% natural detoxifying balm that purifies, decongests and rebalances the skin. Blackheads and other impurities in the skin will gradually be drawn out, leaving the complexion looking even and radiant. Warm a small amount in the palm of your hand, and then apply in gentle sweeping movements to face and neck, concentrating on the nose area.

I am getting married this Christmas and would like to invest in a course of facials to help give my skin that extra boost for the big day. Which facials would you recommend?

For greater results, we would recommend a course of 6 facials, the last treatment being a week before your wedding day.

My skin is quite dehydrated and I wouldn't class my skin as dry. However, I sometimes feel that during the winter months my skin feels slightly tighter and I have noticed a couple of flaky patches on my forehead and around my nose area. I would like to know if I should be changing my skincare routine in the winter (I am currently using AROMESSENCE™ NÉROLI with HYDRA-FLORAL ANTI-POLLUTION FACE CREAM) or should I increase the application of my existing products?

We would recommend that you continue using AROMESSENCE™ NÉROLI in conjunction with products from our dry skin range during the winter months. Hydra Floral is a very effective moisturising cream, but sometimes during the winter our skin needs that extra comfort.

Firstly, we would recommend using the CLEANSING CREAM. This deliciously soothing cream will help to protect and comfort the skin. Massage over the face, using gentle circular movements, rinse off with either warm water or TONIFYING LOTION.

At least twice a week exfoliate with PHYTOPEEL. This peeling creamy exfoliator helps to eliminate dead skin cells.

Next apply AROMESSENCE™ NÉROLI and follow by a daytime moisturiser from the NUTRI-DÉLICE range. For your skin type (normal to dry), we would recommend using the NUTRI-DÉLICE MELTINGLY SOFT NOURISHING CREAM to hydrate, repair and protect your skin from the environment and pollution and to put the oils back into you skin. This cream is seen to be a nutritional meal for the skin.

In the evening, we would suggest using AROMESSENCE™ ANGÉLIQUE NIGHT BALM, a unique night care product that helps to calm, nourish and restore the skin's suppleness leaving it feeling smooth and comfortable.

At least twice a week, preferably after exfoliating, we would advise using DECLÉOR's NUTRI-DÉLICE NOURISHING CEREAL MASK. This mask is a complete, enriched and highly balanced meal for dry skin. Apply to face and neck and leave on for 10 minutes. In the evening and to intensify your mask treatment, mix a small amount of AROMESSENCE™ NÉROLI with your mask, apply over face and neck and gently massage the mask into the skin for about 20 seconds, then leave mask on through the night.

How do I know which treatments will be most beneficial for my Face and Body?

For both Face and Body it is advisable to book a consultation with a DECLÉOR therapist who will be able to design a programme of Face and Body treatments best suited to your individual needs.

Once you have established what your main concerns are and what factors are contributing to your Face or Body problems, your therapist will select from the AROMATIC SPA MOSAÏC for body treatments where problems such as dry and dull skin on the body, cellulite on your thighs, slack skin on the stomach or a tendency to fluid retention in the legs can all be treated.

For the face, if extreme sensitivity, oiliness and congestion, fine lines and wrinkles or any combination of concerns are your worry, then a facial will be adapted to attend to your every need.

What is an AROMESSENCE™ and how is it different to a moisturiser?
