What if I have special health considerations?

Please notify the Little Luxury Day Spa reception before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant.

May I request a male or female therapist?

Yes of course. Whether you choose a person of the same or opposite gender, all of our therapists are trained to drape sheets discreetly over any areas of the body not involved with the treatment and to protect your privacy at all times.

Do I need an appointment?

An appointment is not always necessary but in order to avoid wasting your valuable holiday time waiting around we recommend that you should try to make an appointment as early as possible preferably one day before.

When should I arrive?

For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

What do I wear during my treatment?

Wear what is comfortable for you. Many people wear their normal swimwear or you can wear a sarong or towel.

What about my jewellery and valuables?

Please leave such items in the hotel safe’s. There are lockers available for your personal items in the spa facility.

Should men shave before a facial?

Shaving isn’t necessary but it is recommended. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial then be sure to do so at least two (2) hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Arriving late will simply limit the time for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. The full value of the treatment will be applied.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us four hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full value of the treatment.

Gift cards?

Little Luxury Day Spa gift card in your hotel offers you a wonderful way to pass on your relaxing experience in the spa to friends and family. Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time.

What about gratuities?

Tips are not included in the Little Luxury Day Spa treatment prices. They are a matter of personal discretion.
